**Description:** The Hygiene Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards across all operational areas of the hotel. This role includes overseeing sanitary procedures, leading internal audits, training staff on hygiene protocols, and ensuring adherence to both local and international regulations. The position requires technical knowledge in microbiology, nutrition, or food engineering, as well as experience in luxury hospitality and certifications such as Distintivo H.
