**_Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:_** ● Leading, coaching, and developing a team of dedicated hygiene and cleanliness professionals to uphold the highest standards across all departments ● Ensuring exceptional guest and corporate experiences by maintaining impeccable hygiene and sanitation protocols in all public and back-of-house areas ● Implementing and monitoring hygiene standards and procedures to support our commitment to health, safety, and responsible business practices ● Collaborating with the finance and operations teams to manage hygiene-related budgets, track resource usage, and optimize cost-effective solutions ● Overseeing hygiene practices across multiple outlets, including food preparation areas, guest facilities, banquet and convention spaces, while guiding a team of supervisors and specialists **_What we need from you_** ● Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Environmental Health, Food Nutrition or a related field ● 4+ years’ related experience, including demonstrated leadership or management in hygiene, sanitation, or health & safety roles ● Must speak local language ● Valid certifications or permits as required by local health and safety authorities.
