Hygiene & Catering Team Leader

Location: Inverness (IV1 1HT)
Hours: Full-time | Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (DOE)

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Team Leader to oversee our Hygiene & Catering Division. You'll manage a small team, coordinate daily operations, and ensure excellent service to our customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations (orders, returns, credits, warranties)Lead and support the team, delegating tasks and monitoring progressHandle customer enquiries, quotes, and order processingLiaise with suppliers and manage stock availabilityResolve delivery, order, and invoice issuesMaintain accurate records and process returns

What You'll Bring

Experience in team leadership or operationsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused approach with attention to detailKnowledge of hygiene/catering products (a plus)
