Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Health Safety, or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ work experience in hotel operations or a hygiene/wellbeing-related role. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to engage and motivate colleagues in maintaining the highest hygiene and wellbeing standards.
