**Job Title: Hydraulic Test Technician** **Job Description**
We are looking for a skilled Hydraulic Test Technician to join our team for the 1st Shift, Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The position involves full functional integration of engineered solutions, performing complex system tests, and providing technical support in a manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform full functional integration of engineered solutions independently.
+ Conduct complex system tests using electronic tools, transducers, and data logging devices.
+ Occasionally perform assembly functions utilizing mechanical skills, hand and power tools.
+ Set up test equipment to ensure system conformance to test specifications.
+ Conduct tests with data acquisition equipment and record results accurately.
+ Troubleshoot and rework malfunctions disclosed by test data independently.
+ Verify new production assembly and test procedures, recommending process improvements.
+ Interpret blueprints, hydraulic and wiring diagrams, and test specifications.
+ Conduct training for less experienced team members.
+ Provide technical support, including complex testing at other facilities.
+ Communicate test issues with engineering and project management for resolution.
+ Develop procedures and best practices for equipment calibration.
+ Create test procedures for repeat assemblies as necessary.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with hydraulics, valves, and troubleshooting.
+ Proficiency with mechanical tools, hand tools, and pneumatics.
+ Understanding of pressure testing and fluid dynamics.
+ Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
+ Comprehensive understanding of complex hydraulic equipment and electronics.
+ Proficient in the use of measurement and gauging equipment.
+ Ability to set up test fixtures independently.
+ Excellent mechanical reasoning with a background in electrical systems.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of measurement conversion and fluids theory.
+ Understanding of leakage, flow, friction, and pressure principles.
+ Ability to identify settings and parameters in hydraulic circuits.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Comfortable interacting with customers on the shop floor.

**Work Environment**
This role is situated in a manufacturing environment that requires the use of various electronic tools, test equipment, and mechanical/electronic tools. The position is based on a structured schedule from Monday to Friday with standard working hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The environment encourages collaboration and communication with engineering and project management teams.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bensalem, PA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $38.00/hr.
