🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Develop and calibrate hydraulic models for water and wastewater systems using tools such as WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, and InfoWater
Perform system analyses including flow, pressure, surge, and capacity evaluations
Support master planning and infrastructure assessments for municipalities and private developments
Collaborate with engineers and designers to integrate modeling results into design documents
Assist in preparing technical reports, exhibits, and presentations for clients and agencies
Analyze pump station performance, storage requirements, and distribution system behavior
Contribute to permitting documentation and regulatory compliance (SDWA, NPDES, Title 22)
Participate in field data collection, flow testing, and GIS integration
Maintain organized model files and documentation for QA/QC and future use
✅ Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
3–10 years of experience in hydraulic modeling for water/wastewater systems
Proficiency in WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, InfoWater, or similar modeling software
Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D (for coordination with design teams)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and technical writing abilities
Understanding of regulatory frameworks including SDWA, NPDES, and Title 22

Experience with GIS-based modeling and data integration
Familiarity with BioWin, wellhead treatment systems, and surge analysis
Exposure to sustainable design practices and LEED or Envision principles

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
