Job Title: Hydraulic AssemblerJob Description

We are seeking a Level 1 Hydraulic Assembler responsible for processing products with minimal supervision, ensuring adherence to safety and quality system requirements.

ResponsibilitiesProcess Alodine aluminum parts per BAC 5719 with QA approval.Identify, inspect, clean, lubricate, and install O-rings & back-ups per BAC5506.Perform electrical bonding procedures per BAC5117.Install safety devices such as cotter pins, rivets, and lock wire per BAC5018.Perform general sealing procedures per BAC5000.Apply torque seal per BAC5001-6.Inspect and install fittings, hoses, and tubing per BAC5001-6, -7 & 10.Effectively use the Boeing portal & REDARS (BACs & drawings).Part mark and overcoat per BAC5307.Input & edit data entries into the part mark machines.Maintain 6S and lean manufacturing best practices.Use personal protective equipment and follow all safety instructions.Assure the proper use of equipment guards & safety switches.Use correct tooling and ensure traceability requirements are met.Interpret and properly document information on Boeing documents.Meet and document inspection requirements, including QA torque witness and sealant application.Perform normal repair and maintenance of equipment used.Handle and dispose of hazardous materials and/or waste safely.Keep the work area clean and clear of obstructions.Essential SkillsMechanical aptitude.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Proficiency in using hand tools and torque tools.Ability to retain knowledge from on-the-job training.Orion QA certification per BSS7600, 7604, 7606, 7611, 7617 & 7691.Experience with HBU assembly work.Additional Skills & QualificationsA minimum of 6 months of experience relevant to HBU assembly work.Ability to provide on-the-job training or mentoring.Obtain a delegation stamp.Fuel boost pump proficiency is a plus.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
