Job Description Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Underwriter to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a hybrid position, requiring three days per week in-office and two days remote. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5+ years of Medical Professional Liability (MPL) underwriting experience, or a strong background in healthcare underwriting. A deep understanding of the underwriting process is essential. The role demands a meticulous, thoughtful, and articulate professional who can confidently assess risk, communicate effectively with clients, and contribute to strategic underwriting decisions. A bachelor’s degree is required, and the ability to speak intelligently about complex situations is critical. Attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams are key to success in this role.
