Location: New York City | Schedule: Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and requires close collaboration with the Director of Operations and Chief of Staff. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, book travel, and prepare briefing materials to ensure optimal use of timeCollaborate with the Director of Operations and Chief of Staff to support company-wide initiatives, track projects, and follow up on action itemsServe as a professional point of contact for investors, clients, and partners; manage communications and prepare materials for high-level engagementsHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismOrganize in-person meetings, team events, and company offsitesRequired Qualifications1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role to senior leadershipStrong time management and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detailComfortable working in a startup or high-growth environment with shifting prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and discretionPreferred QualificationsExperience in a startup or entrepreneurial settingFamiliarity with calendar management, travel coordination, and event planningAbility to anticipate needs and take initiative in a dynamic work environmentWork EnvironmentHybrid schedule: two days per week in-office, three days remoteOffice-based collaboration with the CEO, Director of Operations, and Chief of StaffOpportunity to contribute to a mission-driven, fast-paced organization with room for growth

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
