We’re looking for a detail-driven, solution-oriented Estimator to join our dynamic team. If you thrive on turning blueprints into reality and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Position will train onsite at Lafayette, CO facility for 6 months before transitioning to hybrid schedule.
 
What You’ll Do:

Analyze architectural and engineered drawings to create precise material estimates (lumber, siding, trim, hardware, etc.)Prepare and submit competitive proposals that win projectsCollaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth execution from estimate to deliveryProvide technical support and problem-solving using building codes and product specsAssist fellow estimators and contribute to a culture of continuous improvementCommunicate clearly across departments and with clients to ensure alignment and success

What You Bring:

2-3 years of experience in single-family, multi-family or commercial construction estimatingStrong ability to perform manual material take-offsFamiliarity with Planswift, Timberline, Bluebeam or Excel for estimatingHands-on framing or construction experience is a big plusAbility to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and building codesExcellent math, analytical, and organizational skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilities
