Job Description Insight Global is looking to bring on an Application Developer to support a Manufacturing client in West Hartford, CT. This person will be required to go onsite 2-3x a week. This person will be brought on to help design, develop and maintain customizations and integrations within their Epicor ERP environment to help support evolving business needs. On a day to day, they will be responsible for collaborating with the IT teams to set specifications for new applications, design creative prototypes, write source code to program complete applications with deadlines, conduct functional and non-functional testing, troubleshoot and debug, and evaluate existing application to reprogram, update and add new features. Skills and Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)  · Proven experience as an application developer  · Experience in designing and building applications  · 5+ years of experience with SQL on SQL Server or Sybase  · Experience with NODEJS  · Experience writing React user interfaces  · In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools  · Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles  · Must be a team player with excellent communication skills  · Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability Great attention to detail and time-management skills -experience developing in the Epicor ERP environment (preferably Epicor 10 or later) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
