Hybrid Account Manager
Adecco is currently assisting their Large Tech Client in filling the **Hybrid Account Manager** position located in **Mountain View, CA 94043** **Pay Rate: $** **90.00/HR** **Shift: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm (Tues – Thurs in office and Mon & Fri Remote)** **Summary:** As an Account Manager, you build customer relationships and manage a sales pipeline. You understand your customers' objectives and pitch the optimal solution to meet their needs. You must also sell the value of our solutions to a variety of stakeholders and drive continued adoption to existing customers. You also work with internal and external partners to scale the delivery of programs. **Key Responsibilities:** + Make key contributions to analysis of internal (e.g., maintaining pipelines, account-specific internal metrics) and external data and coordinate with cross-functional project teams to prepare data and to structure and execute analyses. + Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the supported product, service, and competitive landscape. + Produce interpretable insights from deep dives and data analysis. Deliver full pieces of data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers, partner teams, and leadership based on analyses and utilize insights to influence others and drive change. + Drive key contributions to sharing and scaling of successes, opportunities for improvement, best practices, and learnings internally and externally as appropriate (e.g., case studies, industry events, training contributions). + Identify customer business objectives and set sales strategies for specific markets and customers in collaboration with internal partners based on research and understanding of the customer. + Strategically partner with customers and help drive customer relationships in order to work towards mutual business objectives. + Make key contributions to building, growing, and maintenance of customer portfolios to help manage customers and to drive high-impact and long-lasting relationships. + Deliver on execution of sales strategies for specific markets and/or customers in collaboration with internal partners (e.g., account executives, product specialists) based on research and understanding of the customer. + Identify revenue and growth opportunities within the market/customer and build a plan to prioritize and execute against these opportunities. + Make key contributions to review of revenue performance and projections for assigned areas.
