Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. **What You Will Do:** The HWIL-RF Department is looking for a Master Technician to work with a team of engineers to execute tests within HWIL Laboratories. Assignments will include lab operations, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of existing electronic, modification of the system for new capabilities, for electronic and mechanical, laboratory and scientific systems within the laboratories. You will work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform prototyping or building of cable and electrical components in support of engineering testing. The candidate will use computer-aided engineering design software to design, update, and release technical data packages. You will learn how to operate the engineering development stations including the use of both Windows and Linux operating systems with a focus on thoroughness and repeatability using documented procedures, as well as assisting in developing new procedures. An understanding of basic RF troubleshooting, integration, and test equipment desired. This position requires a strong desire and ability for working in a team environment within HWIL-RF engineering laboratories completing hardware and software test set up, generating test data, and reviewing test output used by engineers to determine laboratory functionality.
