Maintain inventory of all HVAC equipment.Diagnose problems and failures in heating/air conditioning systems to identify equipment and system repairMaintain a log of preventative maintenance on all equipment and enter detailed completion of work orders.Daily monitoring of building control and automation systems, both digital and pneumatic.Monitor energy usage in HVAC systems and make recommendations for increased efficiency.

Qualifications:

Successful completion of a trade school HVAC programMinimum of 5 years as a service technician in the HVAC field
