Our dedicated teams work across all industries, and support clients ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to single, iconic buildings. **About the Role:** As a CBRE HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. **What You’ll Do:** + Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building.
