Job duties: As an HVAC Residential Service Technician with JD Service Now, you’ll do more than just fix equipment — you’ll be the bridge between technical know-how and customer care. That means confidently diagnosing HVAC systems, clearly explaining your findings in a way customers can understand, and asking the right questions to uncover their true needs. You’ll perform full home assessments that highlight opportunities to improve comfort, and when the time is right, you’ll seamlessly turn calls over to our Comfort Consultants. At the end of the day, it’s about showing customers the value of partnering with a team that truly has their best interests at heart.
