Qualification and short job description is mentioned below for the reference. + Supports the smooth running of the Engineering department by maintaining all HVAC systems as per brand standards. + Preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems. + Diagnoses faults and carries out timely repairs to minimize downtime. + Responds promptly to guest and operational maintenance requests, ensuring comfort and satisfaction. + Ensures all work is carried out safely and in compliance with statutory regulations and company standards. + Monitors energy efficiency and supports sustainability initiatives within the hotel. + Maintains proper documentation of maintenance activities for audits and compliance purposes. + Collaborates with team members to control costs, manage inventory, and achieve departmental targets while building effective working relationships and promoting company culture and values.
