HVAC Technician

Overview of Business Unit

The HVAC team delivers reactive, project and planned maintenance services nationwide to Cushman & Wakefield’s nationwide and regional client base.

Job Purpose

Complete HVAC tasks as required.

Key Accountabilities

· Complete HVAC tasks as required· Identify opportunities for new work and escalate to client and/or manager· Complete relevant documentation for client invoicing· Adhere to HSSEQ policies, procedures and legislative requirements· Any other duties as required by your manager

Key Measures of Performance

· All works completed within timeframes to standard required· Logon and logoff KPI achievement· Completed works accurately recorded and send to admin team for invoicing within stipulated time frames.· Future work identified and escalated to client and/or manager· Internal and external customer satisfaction

Ensuring the HVAC division achieves revenue and margin targets.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Trade qualified, ideally with two year’s commercial maintenance experience

QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS

· Qualified and experienced HVAC Technician· Site Safe, Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platforms beneficial· Commercial maintenance experience· Computer skills – word, excel, webmail and use of Smartphones/tablets
