Hvac Technician
Job Title: HVAC TechnicianJob Description

Lead and perform HVAC system installations at commercial sites while supervising and mentoring HVAC technicians and apprentices. Assign tasks and oversee daily and weekly work plans.

ResponsibilitiesInstall and commission Rooftop Units (RTUs), Split Systems & Heat Pumps, VRF/VRV Systems, Ductwork, Air Handlers, and Controls.Troubleshoot installation issues and coordinate with project teams.Ensure jobsite safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.Track project progress, labor, and materials.Train team members on best practices and safety procedures.Essential Skills5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.2+ years in a leadership role preferred.Hands-on experience installing RTUs, split systems, VRF/VRV, ductwork, and piping.Ability to lead teams and self-perform installations.EPA Universal Certification required.Strong blueprint reading and plan interpretation skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsJourneyman or Master HVAC license preferred or willingness to obtain.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
