Job Title: HVAC TechnicianJob Description

In this position, candidates will work onsite at the client's location, maintaining the facilities' HVAC system. The ideal candidate must have experience with boiler and chiller maintenance and be proficient in building automation systems and PLCs.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain the facilities' HVAC system to ensure optimal performance.Perform maintenance and repairs on boilers and chillers.Utilize building automation systems and PLCs for effective system management.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems.Conduct regular inspections of rooftop units and building maintenance systems.Ensure compliance with EPA regulations.Essential SkillsProven experience in HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.Expertise in boiler and chiller maintenance.Proficiency in building automation systems and building management system software.Knowledge of PLC control and commercial HVAC maintenance.Ability to perform service and repair tasks efficiently.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with refrigeration systems.Understanding of EPA regulations related to HVAC maintenance.Why Work Here?
