Job DescriptionOperate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
Carry out preventive maintenance as per the resort’s planned maintenance schedule.
Attend to guest room complaints and emergency breakdowns promptly and professionally.
Monitor system performance and ensure energy efficiency and optimal operation.
Identify faults, carry out repairs, and recommend system improvements when required.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and logbooks.
Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with resort SOPs, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Coordinate with other Engineering team members and external contractors when required.
QualificationsDiploma or Technical Certification in HVAC / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of HVAC experience in a resort or hotel environment (Maldives experience preferred).
Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and wiring diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
