Job description Job summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across the property. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC systems, strong technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance.

Key responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, chillers, exhaust fans, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), and thermostats. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and controls. Ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of all HVAC systems, including monitoring and maintaining temperature levels in various areas. Respond promptly to HVAC-related complaints and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs. Follow safety guidelines and company policies during all work activities. Coordinate with external contractors for major HVAC works and assist other engineering team members when required. Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with a technical diploma or certification in HVAC or Refrigeration. Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and mechanical systems, with ability to read technical manuals and diagrams. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Physical stamina to work in confined spaces or at heights, with willingness to work shifts, weekends, and during emergencies. Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures in HVAC operations. Additional information
