CBRE also provides project management and consulting related to the operation, development, and management of properties._ _For our CBRE DCS department, which operates locations with critical installations, we are now looking for a skilled technician to participate in daily monitoring and maintenance tasks._ **About the Position and Responsibilities** In collaboration with subcontractors and the Supervisor, we handle all technical operations for one of our clients in Skien. The main purpose of this role is to support the daily MRO activities (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) for our on-site data center, focusing on mechanical and electrical operations (SME for cooling and ventilation systems). **Your responsibilities:** + Perform preventive maintenance and repair of critical technical assets + Comply with internal and external training programs + Install, maintain, and repair cooling and ventilation systems + Modify electrical wiring systems or mechanical drawing if any changes made + Monitor critical process services using a CMMS system + Process and close customer service orders in accordance with service level agreements + Ensure systems operate correctly and efficiently + Support and accompany subcontractors in performing activities, considering customer agreements and CBRE’s safety and risk mitigation measures + Conduct daily rounds and inspections + Identify potential risks to the intended process or work safety + Suggest improvements to infrastructure if appropriate + Educate team members about HVAC and refrigeration systems You will be part of a competent technical team working in building and critical facility services – primarily electrical, cooling, and backup power systems. High standards for quality and documentation require detailed planning before work execution and complete documentation afterward. We continuously focus on developing and improving the client’s technical facilities, so technology, collaboration, and communication are always central. **Your qualifications:** To succeed in this role, we envision that you have a technical education as an electrician, installer, or similar. You must have broad technical knowledge, be willing to continue learning and developing, and share your experiences.
