Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in the Durham, NC area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $28-32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:        

Inspect HVAC systems and their components: heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.

Evaluate conditionIdentify necessary repairsRecommend preventive maintenance

Install heating and air conditioning equipment and systems to provide enhanced and/or upgraded capabilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance as needed to ensure ongoing functioning of HVAC systems

Repair heating and air conditioning systems and/or componenta: pumps, motors, air handlers, fan coils, piping, etc.

Diagnose problems and provides technical guidance and assistance to assigned employees

Requirements

2+ years of commercial HVAC experience

Valid driver's license

Must have reliable transportation to use onsite

Able to develop plans, troubleshoot systems, etc.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

All PPEBasic hand, power tools, multi-meter, voltage tester, thermometer, and psychrometer Company Details
