기계장비의 계획점검, R&M, EOL, ESS and Ad-hoc 프로젝트 감독기계장비 관련 비상상황시 대응시설별 관리 및 점검냉각기냉각탑열교환기클린룸(청정실)공기조화기 폐회로가습기공조기빌딩관리시스템(BMS)일/월/분기/년도별 공조시스템 및 가스시설 점검공기조화기, 냉매, 가스시설의 연간 분해점검 (담당 부서의 요청시)업체를 통한 공기조화기 소독 및 청소법적 기준에 따른 업무일지, 운행일지 작성가스 시설 외관 청소가스 압력의 정기적 점검가스 배관의 개폐 점검 및 확인

자격요건

냉동공조 관리 경력 최소 1년 이상 우대기계설비 안전관리자보조 선임가능자 공조냉동기계 산업기사 자격증 보유자기계도면 이해 능력공조냉동기계 및 관련 시설관리 경력안전관리 및 위험물 관리 경력 우대기타 우대사항: 기타 기계설비 관련 자격증(소방, 공조, 가스 등)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting preventive maintenance, R&M, EOL, ESS and ad-hoc projects for HVAC equipmentResponsible for emergency response on HVAC equipmentResponsible for supporting below management and inspectionChiller Management and inspectionCooling Tower managementHeat exchanger system managementClean room ManagementMiscellaneous Closed Loop HVAC Systems managementAir Humidification System managementAir Handling System managementBuilding Management System managementSupporting safety inspection for HVAC, gas equipment in a daily/monthly/quarterly/annual basisAnnual disassemble inspection for A/C, refrigerant, and gas equipment (if requested by responsible dept.)Managing A/C sanitization and cleaning by 3rd vendorRecording operation logs in compliance with the standards of Korean lawCleaning surface of gas equipmentRegular check-up if gas pressure is appropriateChecking open/close of gas pipe
