Duties and Responsibilities As HVAC Technician, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: + Designs, installs, maintains and repairs heating and cooling systems. + Fits new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly + Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes. + Controls maintenance tools, stores and equipment and ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns. + Keeps record of assignments and produce detailed work reports. + Maintains working area and makes sure that all working areas remain clean at all times. + Uses personal safety wares for personal safety while on duty. + Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. + Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments. Qualifications To execute the position of HVAC Technician, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following: + High school diploma or equivalent and/or valid license and certifications to practice profession in HVAC systems and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar setting. + Technical skills include the ability to analyze and design projects of limited complexity and scope.
