What's in it for you:

Reporting to the Director of Global Services of LiquidStack, this role will provide front line support for customers, Field Service Technicians, and Service Partners. The primary role is to provide technical support for post-sales customer queries and provide the appropriate level of support based on contractual obligations. This will include providing warranty support and service coverage for customer entitlements. Working in LiquidStack\u2019s production facility, this individual will have access to the production line, training center, and engineers to support these efforts. This individual will learn about a variety of new technologies, which will shape the data center industry for decades to come. We are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about this profession and wants to be a team member of the world\u2019s global leaders in liquid cooling for data centers, edge, and high-performance computing.

What you will do:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

\u25CF\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Front line support for LiquidStack customers and the Global Services team.

\u25CF\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Provides post-sales support and assists with technical product questions for all customers, Field Service Technicians, and Service Partner network.

\u25CF\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Contacts regional leaders to support and coordinate on-site repairs.

\u25CF\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Collaborates with quality, supply chain, and manufacturing to support spare part purchases and warranty fulfillment.

\u25CF\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Uses BoM (Bill of Material), 3D and 2D drawings, schematics and other documentation to troubleshoot customer issues and document in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

\u25CF\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Communicates with the engineering and product management team as required.

\u25CF\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Acts in a manner consistent with LiquidStack\u2019s core values and according to LiquidStack\u2019s Code of Business Conduct and Ethical Behavior.

What you will bring:\u00A0

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

\u00A0

\u25CF\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Higher education diploma, technical school degree, or equivalent military training. BSc in Engineering, Industrial Design is a plus.

\u25CF\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Experience in the mechanical, thermal, industrial, or manufacturing industry.

\u25CF\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Experience in customer service or satisfaction role, such as call center or support.

\u25CF\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Data Center, mission critical, IT Infrastructure, or process cooling/heating experience is desirable.

\u25CF\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Thermal system design or HVAC/R experience is preferred.

\u25CF\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Working knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, 3D or 2D modeling and/or other solid modeling is desirable.

\u25CF\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.

\u25CF\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0 Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
