Work Schedule:

100% FTE, full-time. Day shift. Monday-Friday 7am-330pm. Rotating weekends. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital.

QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent. RequiredTwo (2) year technical diploma. PreferredWork ExperienceFour (4) year mechanical maintenance experience or formal training.Four (4) year mechanical maintenance experience or formal training in a healthcare setting.Licenses & CertificationsNFPA 99 6040 Certification (within 6 months of hire). RequiredBuilding Operators Certification (BOMA / ASHRAE / ASHE / OTHER). PreferredEPA Refrigerant Certification. PreferredIf position requires driving a company vehicle, the following requirements apply:
• Must be 21 years of age to drive a UW Health Fleet vehicle and must be 25 years of age to drive a UW Health vehicle rated for 15 or more passengers.
• Ability to be insured by Hospital’s risk management insurer which requires (1) a valid Driver’s License and (2) successfully passing a driving background check.
