JOB TITLE: HVAC TECHNICIAN

Schedule: Saturday through Wednesday

Description

•\tConduct thorough system inspections to diagnose issues and provide accurate, solution-based recommendations.

•\tProactively generate leads for equipment replacement and partner with our Home Comfort Sales Advisors to offer customers the best possible options for aging or inefficient systems.

•\tIdentify and sell large-ticket repairs when appropriate to extend system life.

•\tBuild rapport with customers, earning their trust as a reliable expert in home comfort.

•\tClearly explain the health, function, and lifespan of HVAC systems to help customers make informed decisions.

•\tDeliver a 5-star experience with every appointment—your professionalism matters.

•\tMaintain communication with the office team and follow a structured daily schedule.

•\tEnsure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with policies and procedures.

•\tKeep your work vehicle clean, inside and out, and report maintenance needs promptly.

Skills & Qualifications

•\tProven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.

•\tThree plus years of experience servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems.

•\tSkilled at every aspect of diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of HVAC systems

•\tMechanical aptitude

•\tEPA & NATE certified strongly preferred.

•\tExperience servicing Lennox & Carrier equipment a plus.

•\tAbility to take and follow directions from management and can work independently.

•\tStrong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

•\tExcellent communication and customer service skills

•\tStrong attention to detail.

•\tAbility to perform physically demanding work on a regular basis.

•\tAbility to lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds.

•\tAbility to sit, stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb stairs/ladders.

•\tAbility to work at heights and in confined spaces including on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights.

•\tMust be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold.

•\tYou’re coachable, open to learning, and eager to grow your technical and sales skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72600.00 - $104240.00/yr.

Commission benefits on top of hourly pay
