**Job Title: HVAC Service Technician (Mid-Level)** Job Title: HVAC Service Technician (Mid-Level) Location: Los Angeles Basin (San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, Alhambra, San Marino, Beachfronts) Commute Radius: Must live within 25 miles of Burbank, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed Pay: $35–$40/hour Overview: We’re hiring a dependable and skilled HVAC Service Technician with 3–4 years of field experience. This role primarily focuses on residential service and repair, with occasional light commercial work. Ideal candidates are motivated, customer-focused, and ready to grow with a reputable company serving the LA Basin. Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including split systems, heat pumps, and mini-splits Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups Handle light commercial service calls as needed Communicate clearly with homeowners and property managers Use ServiceTitan software for scheduling and documentation (tablet and phone provided) Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company Requirements: 3–4 years of HVAC field experience Universal EPA Certification HVAC trade school or equivalent coursework preferred Valid driver’s license Authorized to work in the United States Fluent in English (spoken and written) Must pass drug screening and physical exam Must provide own hand tools and PPE No visible face tattoos (client-facing role requirement) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with residential HVAC systems and basic electrical troubleshooting Perks: Company van provided for work-related travel Cell phone and tablet provided Overtime opportunities Supportive team and growth potential **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Los Angeles, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr.
