Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our commercial clients in the Richmond, VA area. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Service HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation systems. - Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs. - Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining repair and maintenance procedures. - Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and inventory management. - Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations. - Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
