About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team and support residential and commercial clients in diagnosing, maintaining, and installing HVAC systems. This role offers a dynamic work environment, competitive benefits, and the opportunity to grow with a reputable company.

Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.Perform routine maintenance and repairs on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ventilation systems.Install HVAC systems and components.Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, solutions, and maintenance recommendations.Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.Respond to emergency service calls and after-hours work as needed.Keep company vehicle and tools clean, organized, and in good working condition.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC service and installation.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants.Troubleshooting and mechanical repair expertise.Preventive maintenance experience.Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or technical training preferred.EPA Section 608 Certification required.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Why Join Us?

This role involves travel to various residential and commercial sites. A company vehicle and tools will be provided and must be maintained in good condition. Emergency and after-hours service calls may be required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
