**Job Title: Service Technician** **Job Description** As a Service Technician, you will operate at a rental location where your primary responsibility will be dispatching to attend service calls. When not handling service calls, you will assist in the shop with rental operations and help write tickets for customers. This role requires driving a company vehicle to complete service calls. **Responsibilities** + Dispatch to attend service calls. + Assist in the shop with rental operations. + Help write tickets for customers. + Drive a company vehicle to complete service calls. **Essential Skills** + Experience with HVAC systems. + Possession of an EPA certification. + Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and provide recommendations. + Experience with rooftop units ranging from 1 ton to 25 ton. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be 21 years or older to drive company vehicles. + Experience in facilities maintenance, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting. + Capability to open and close work orders. + Proficiency in using sit down forklifts and other rental equipment. **Work Environment** You will work at a rental company with operating hours from 7am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
