Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to service commercial office buildings and warehouses in the surrounding towns of Brookfield, CT. This role requires a dedicated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and ensuring optimal functionality of HVAC systems.

ResponsibilitiesService and maintain HVAC systems in commercial office buildings and warehouses.Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems.Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure longevity and efficiency.Install new HVAC systems and components as required.Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.Essential SkillsProven experience as an HVAC service technician.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
