We’re looking for a HVAC Sales Representative who will take charge of the company’s partner network in Bulgaria and drive success in the HVAC market. If you have strong industry experience, technical expertise, and a passion for building relationships, this is your opportunity to shine!

 

Job responsibilities:

Manage and expand the existing channel partner networkBuild strategic relationships with installers, designers, and key accountsProvide technical solutions and consultancy for VRF projectsSupport sales of VRF systems, RAC, Heat Pumps and all available HVAC portfolioAct as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring growth and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Requirements:

University degree in HVAC, engineering or other relevant field would be considered a plus2+ years of previous professional experience in the HVAC sector, preferably as a Sales RepresentativeStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with VRF systemsTechnical understanding and ability to consult on projectsExcellent communication, negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset.Good organizational skills, high level of responsibilityProactive personality, ability to prioritize the workload, good time-management, multitaskingFluent English – written and spokenDriving license
