As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business growth in the HVAC BSO (Building Solutions) segment by building strong customer relationships and providing technical expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and acquiring new ones. Provide direct customer support and technical consulting regarding company products and solutions. Sell equipment, prepare calculations, and create tailored offers for customers. Deliver product and application training sessions for customers. Cooperate with the technical department on product policy, quality, and pricing. Identify new business opportunities and monitor ongoing projects within Sales. Prepare short- and long-term sales forecasts and reports. What We're Looking For

We are looking for a sales professional with a strong technical mindset who can combine business acumen with hands-on customer support.

Your profile:

5+ years of experience in project sales, ideally within HVAC BSO (building solutions). Technical background, preferably in HVAC, civil engineering, or related fields (university degree is an advantage, but not required). Solid knowledge of the HVAC market and/or industrial automation sector. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in handling projects. Communication in English – able to communicate confidently with our employees. Excellent self-organization, discipline, and result-oriented mindset. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Proficiency in MS Office tools. Driving license (category B).
