**About the Role:**
Exciting news for skilled HVAC professionals in the lower mainland areas in beautiful British Columbia! CBRE is looking for a dedicated and experienced HVAC Mobile Technician to join our dynamic Engineering and Technical Services team.
As a Mobile Technician, you'll be a key player in maintaining and optimizing the performance of commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to put your skills to work, ensuring the smooth operation of essential building systems.
**What You'll Do:**
• Inspect and perform ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and
compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards. Also supporting units related to Food Equipment and Commercial kitchen equipment
• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, and methods and tasks are described in detail
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures/processes under close supervision and guidance
• Follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Operate company-issued vehicles to carry out daily work responsibilities

**What You'll Need:**
• Open to 3rd and 4th year HVAC Apprentices. A Red Seal HVAC License or a Journeyman certification preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and
the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
**Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future**
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range being offered for the HVAC Mobile Technician position is between $85,000 annually and $95,000 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
