Danfoss Climate Solutions is looking for a HVAC & MEP Designer to join our Design Support Center. Based in France, you will provide design support for HVAC solutions, primarily for customers in France and French-speaking countries and collaborate with an international team of engineers and specialists. You will evaluate alternative solutions, consider energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and occasionally support customers and partners directly.

This is more than a technical support role. We are looking for someone curious, precise, and proactive, focused on delivering high-quality solutions, adding value to our customers, and contributing to global projects.

What You’ll Be Doing Provide design support for HVAC solutions, primarily for customers in France and French-speaking countries, and secondarily worldwide. Interpret and evaluate alternative solutions, considering cost-effectiveness Compare different solutions and possibilities with regard to energy efficiency and the creation of added value for our partners and customers in planning and execution. Collaborate effectively with an international team of engineers and specialists. Build and maintain strong relationships with regional Danfoss sales departments. Communicate occasionally with customers, including HVAC designers, consultants, and system integrators, explain our solutions and provide technical support. What We're Looking For Educational Background in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; professional certification or registration where applicable. At least 5 years of experience in similar roles in moderately structured organizations, preferably in HVAC system design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite, with basic knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS). Understanding of energy-saving potential in HVAC systems and customer quality expectations. Excellent teamwork and intercultural communication skills. Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently, even under time pressure. Excellent written and spoken English and French. Proven ability to collaborate with international teams and support customers directly. What You'll Get from Us
