We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various maintenance tasks and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipmentConduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systemsComplete residential painting projects as neededSupervise and coordinate maintenance tasks with external contractorsUtilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issuesWelding tasks as requiredMaintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies

Qualifications
Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systemsExperience in residential painting is a plusStrong customer service skillsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsKnowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)Leadership skills to supervise maintenance tasks effectivelyProficient in English for effective communication with team members and residents
