Job Summary and Responsibilities
As an HVAC Maintenance Mechanic, under the direct supervision of the Facilities Supervisor, you will maintain our facility's environmental systems.
Daily, you will assist with general maintenance, installation, and repairs of expansion units, chilled water fan cool units, refrigeration equipment, and pneumatic/electronic control systems. You'll handle both routine and emergency tasks, ensuring a comfortable, safe, and functional environment.
Success in this role requires strong HVAC knowledge, practical repair experience, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to uninterrupted system performance.
