We are seeking an HVAC Lead installer to join our Blue Flame team. We are a full-service residential heating & air conditioning contractor located in Mountlake Terrace, WA. As an Installer with us, you will maintain, troubleshoot, install, and repair ventilation, heating, and air conditioning systems used in residential settings. We are seeking a candidate with a great attitude, strong work ethic and the desire to grow their career and financial earnings.

At least 3 years of residential HVAC Installation experienceComfortable leading installs with a helper assignedWorking knowledge of local inspection codesEPA Certification (Certification assistance may be available).A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skillsWillingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basisWillingness to work weekends when necessaryAll candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
