Role Overview Commissioning Conductor: Take charge of the commissioning process for HVAC equipment at MZLNG facilities, ensuring everything operates smoothly and efficiently. Engineering Phase Supervisor: Actively supervise the contractor during the engineering phase, ensuring that HVAC equipment is commissioned to the highest standards. FAT Participant: Engage in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) as required, validating equipment performance before it reaches the site. Interface Manager: Oversee all interfaces between contractors and other on-site teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Safety Coordinator: Actively coordinate with all parties involved to maintain a safe work environment and adhere to project schedules. Asset Deliverer: Ensure that well-commissioned HVAC equipment is handed over to Operations in excellent condition. Contractual Guardian: Hold contractors accountable for fulfilling their contractual obligations regarding HVAC commissioning. Scheduling Supervisor: Supervise the preparation and scheduling of HVAC activities, guaranteeing that milestones are met safely and on time. Quality Assurance Leader: Ensure all HVAC equipment is built according to project specifications, meeting industry standards. Skills & Qualifications Expertise in Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) operations and systems. Strong auditing skills related to HVAC commissioning processes. Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate between multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among diverse teams. Education & Experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field preferred. Certifications: Relevant certifications in HVAC systems or project management are advantageous. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC commissioning, particularly in LNG or similar industrial environments. About Airswift
