Responsibilities What You’ll Do:

Remove old HVAC equipment and install new systems in residential settings

Start up, test, and troubleshoot new installations

Lead each install project with support from an assigned helper

Deliver high-quality work with professionalism and attention to detail

Qualifications What You’ll Need:

Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience

Ability to lead installations with a helper

Familiarity with local inspection codes and requirements

EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)

Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics or crawlspaces

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Must pass a background check and drug screen

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
