**Job Description**
Seeking a skilled HVAC installation Foreman to add to our growing team. This foreman will be responsible for leading crews of HVAC installers on various projects in industrial settings. They will be delegating tasks, training technicians, and can expect to be hands on with tasks at hand.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead a small crew of HVAC installers and tin knockers on a large-scale industrial project.
+ Install HVAC systems including ductwork, air handlers, air return systems, and dust collection systems.
+ Read and interpret blueprint and project plan diagrams.
+ Report daily progress to superintendents and project managers.
+ Work independently and lead teams to complete tasks.
**Skills and Qualifications**
+ 8+ years of HVAC installation experience in commercial or industrial settings.
+ 4+ years of supervisory or foreman experience.
+ OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
+ Expertise in HVAC systems and equipment installation.
+ TIG/Still welding experience.

**Work Environment**
Work on a very large 1,000,000 sq ft new building, focusing on the installation of ductwork and HVAC systems. The environment requires adherence to safety standards with OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Join a dynamic team where safety and precision are priorities.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr.
