**HVAC Foreman - Grand Rapids, MI** + **_Company Owned Company_** + **_Yearly Bonus Checks_** + **_Company Stock_** **Job Description** Seeking a skilled HVAC foreman with experience working in commercial settings to add to our team. This Foreman will be responsible for leading crews, delegating tasks, and assisting with hands on work. On top of being a leader, the primary focus for this Foreman will be fabricating and installing various HVAC systems in new construction commercial and light industrial projects across West Michigan. **Responsibilities** + Install HVAC ductwork on commercial projects. + Create ductwork on site and install according to construction documents. + Drive to job sites up to 40 miles from Grand Rapids. + Lead and train team members on job sites. + Understand project-specific documents, including submittals and installation manuals. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience in HVAC ductwork installation. + 5+ years of experience reading blueprints. + 5+ years of commercial building experience. + Leadership and training experience on job sites. + Understanding of project-specific documents. **Why Work Here?** Join an employee-owned company where you can start earning shares and enjoy yearly stock bonuses based on company performance.
