QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical-Electronics or Mechatronics EngineeringMinimum 2 years of experience in e-Motor / inverter integration in the automotive industryGood level of EnglishKnowledge of motor control algorithms and VCU software parameter managementRegulatory knowledge: ECE R85, R100.3, ISO 26262Experience with CAN/LIN protocols, DBC files, and diagnostic toolsFamiliarity with calibration tools such as MATLAB/Simulink or INCAHigh-voltage system integration and safety knowledgeExperience in test plan creation and dynamometer testing
