The Opportunity:
As a CACI HUMINT Analyst you will serve as a key member of a threat analyses and assessments team directly supporting Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR), European Command (EUCOM) and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. You will directly support HUMINT planning and policy development for large and complex projects. You will provide HUMINT analyses and assessments in support of readiness, modernization, and innovation initiatives. You will contribute to developing new solutions, processes, and standards through all source analysis while communicating with parties external to your organization, including the entire SOFETOPS enterprise, the interagency, and its community of interest (COI). You will provide accurate, relevant, and timely HUMINT analyses and assessments to personnel. Your HUMINT analyses and assessments will coordinate and integrate all pertinent input and data from other functional groups and technical personnel.
Responsibilities:
The analyst will provide accurate, relevant, and timely analyses, assessments on threats, threat actor capabilities and intentions, and networks in accordance with, and determined by, SOCEUR missions and Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR). You will provide advanced intelligence, and operations support to SOCEUR J2X mission requirements; comply with, support, and enforce intelligence oversight (10) practices and procedures following DODD 5148.13, DOOM 5240.01, and SOCEUR and EUCOM policies. Fully integrate sound Intelligence Oversight principles in all administrative and operational activities, as appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, participation in staff assistance visits and compliance inspections and training. Report any Questionable Intelligence Activity (QIA) or Significant / Highly Sensitive Matter (S/HSM) to appropriately designated Government officials. Conduct research and analysis that supports SOCEUR J2X debriefing plans and question sets. Develop debriefing plans and question sets (e.g., incorporating biographical data). Support Key Leader Engagement (KLE) activities and briefings Develop and/or recommend innovative analytical approaches and solutions to problems and situations. Identify intelligence gaps and collection requirements to fill gaps and evaluate intelligence collected in response to requirements. Draft Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) and provide quality control/quality assurance. Provide data-driven, quantitative, and qualitative intelligence products that enable decision-making while driving operational J2X planning efforts. Conduct research, analyze, and create products/reports from multiple intelligence and operational sources to provide situational awareness of critical SOCEUR J2X, IA, and LE elements, or community-wide efforts involving military service, Department of Defense (DoD), National, and international level intelligence elements.
Qualifications:
Required:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
Current CI Poly or the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
Bachelors degree minimum of 8 years of Government-trained intelligence analysis and targeting experience.
Must be a graduate of the following Department of Defense certifying courses: Army- 35M Course (or its predecessor); Army-35M1 Course (or its predecessor); Army-35L Course (or its predecessor); Army-351L Course (or its predecessor); Army Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC); HT JCOE Source Operations Course (or its predecessor).
Working knowledge of i2 Analyst Notebook,
Proficient at using basic computer applications and intelligence-related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
Desired:
Identify intelligence gaps and collection requirements to fill gaps and evaluate intelligence collected in response to requirements.
Conduct research, analyze, and create products/reports from multiple intelligence and operational sources to provide situational awareness of critical SOCEUR J2, IA, and or community-wide efforts involving military service, Department of Defense (DoD), National, and international level intelligence elements
Advanced understanding of HUMINT operations to assist in the development and implementation of HUMINT collection, HUMINT Lead generation and development strategies, HUMINT management, collection, planning, and exploitation.
Experience supporting a SOF Task Force, HUMINT Collection Team, HUMINT Exploitation Team, highly desired and preferred.
Draft, edit, and provide input to Operation Directives or HUMINT Collection Requirements supporting all DoD locations.
10+ years’ experience with system analysis during the development of CFA (including identifying critical capabilities, critical requirements, critical vulnerabilities).
Experience in working with Collection Management to articulate intelligence gaps identified during CFA process.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and ability to succinctly brief client leadership and colleagues on results of research.
Experience with IC analytical writing standards, tradecraft standards and product publication.
Knowledge of the following tools: Voltron, FADE/MIST, RMT or TAC, National Production Workshop.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
