Human Resources Trainee (6 months)

**Description:**
+ Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
+ Assist in recruitment process (arranging interviews, contacting candidates, preparing documents)
+ Help with onboarding activities for new employees (ID cards, documents, orientation setup)
+ Maintain HR filing system and employee records
+ Coordinate staff activities, training programs, and internal events
+ Prepare HR materials such as posters, training records, and reports
+ Support employee engagement initiatives (e.g., CARE program, recognition activities)
+ Work with different departments to support HR projects and communication
**Qualifications:**
+ Studying in High Diploma/ Associate Degree or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline (Overseas students are welcome!)
+ Good command of spoken and written English
+ Chinese (Mandarin) speaking will be a plus but not a must
+ Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communications skills
+ Hard-working and willing to take ownership and initiative
