**Description:**
+ Manage HR records and HR system-related tasks
+ Support overall recruitment processes
+ Respond to client and employee inquiries and resolve issues
+ Oversee and manage other HR administrative tasks
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers. The Personnel Officer is responsible to assist the Human Resources Manager in the efficient running of the Human Resources Department
**Qualifications:**
+ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and guide team members
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
+ Proficiency in MS Office applications
+ **Preferred:** Ability to communicate effectively in English
University Degree/Diploma – preference given to Human Resources or business-related degrees /· Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions would be a useful benefit
