Position
SAS has an opening for an HR Admin Assistant.
Job Responsibilities:
The ability to work with the LeadTec and NovaTime programs.Use and maintain employee profiles and data in ADP.Perform payroll-related functions and communicate with payroll regularly.Data entry and processing data in various computer systems.Compile and maintain personnel records and prepare reports.Fill out various forms/updates for hiring, termination and other administrative processes.Assist employees with various requests, providing information, and educating and training personnel. Examine employee files to answer inquiries. Provide and maintain confidential information to authorized personnel.Record keeping and filing.Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.Greet applicants and visitors, and help direct them.Contribute to team effort by assisting with what is needed.Assist HR Managers as neededPerform special projects and other duties as assigned.Job Qualifications:
Should be self-disciplined, organized, enjoys working in a fast-pace environment, be comfortable interacting with employees, and have the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.Prioritize, multi task, learn quickly, and diligently follow through in a busy environment.Comfortable with computers: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & HR software (ADP).Mature in judgment & behavior, responsible, self-motivated and organized.Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a positive attitude.Adhere to absolute confidentiality.Ability to communicate in conversational English and Spanish.Maintain high standards for work areas and appearance/dress code requirements.Openness to learning and growing.Attends work and shows up for scheduled shift on time with excellent job performance.Physical Requirements:
Physical labor is often necessary for 8 hours or more per day with breaks approximately every two hours including sitting, standing and walking.Work will be conducted in a climate controlled office environment.Education & Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.HR administrative experience is a plus. Manufacturing experience is a plus.
